This recently remodeled flat is a bright ground floor unit with good natural light in the kitchen and living areas, opening directly to your private patio. We live on site and will be sharing the residential unit at the same time as our guests. While our home is a single shared residential unit (including shared access to the backyard, property grounds and trash areas), guests enjoy the exclusive use of their dedicated flat on the first level with its own private entrance and locks.

Please note that due to the natural incline of the property, there are 5 steps down from the patio to the rear yard. Each bedroom is equipped with a high-end HEPA air purifier and white noise machine to help maintain a peaceful environment from any routine daytime movement upstairs. The larger rear lawn is also shared with the hosts' family and their cuddly labrador, Simba.

Street parking on our block is usually easy (no houses across the street).

Weekdays 9am to 5pm: 2-hour limit. Evenings and weekends are generally unrestricted. Always double-check posted signs.
For longer daytime parking, use the City's Residential Parking Permit map to find nearby blocks that don't require permits (many close by don't). We're on 14th Avenue between California & Clement.
Or set a reminder to move the car every two hours.
Or apply for a short-term residential parking permit through SFMTA, which lets you park on our block without the weekday time limit. We can email the utility bill copies you will need. The application is in person at the SFMTA Parking & Permits Office (11 South Van Ness Ave, San Francisco).
